Job duties:

• Make entries (bank, cash, acts, tax) in 1C.
• Perform client-bank transactions for payment of vendors, and sale of hard currency.
• Assist chief accountant with preparation and submission of tax reports.
• Ensure completeness of all necessary financial documents (payment orders, bank statements, acts, invoices, etc.)
• Assist all employees with routine accounting questions.

Personal characteristics:

• Flexibility in the face of changing job requirements.
• Team player able to work outside of finance realm with all employees.
• Detail-oriented.

Skills and knowledge:

• At least 1 year of accounting-finance experience.
• Strong spoken English and decent written English.
• Native Ukrainian and Russian language skills.
• Experience using 1C accounting software. Other accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Peachtree, QuickBooks, etc.) a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook e-mail; Internet).
• CAP-CIPA certification preferred.
